If you can swing it, try three - yes there’s really that much to do. While the majority of tourists tend to flock to the all-inclusive resorts, I say get out there and visit the whole island. Rent a car and just drive. If you are a person who has to have an agenda, you can plan one, but then again, “riding by the seat of your pants” is best.
