Adventures in Rhodes: Cheap Rhodes Holiday
By Terrence Aym
Why take a cheap Rhodes holiday ?It is an island of mythical proportions, that rises from the Mediterranean like a bedazzling green jewel. This island experience is like no other in the Mediterranean. And tucked away on Rhodes our destination: the Byzantine village of Lindos with arguably one of the finest bays in the world.

Father-Son Fishing: Hatchet Lake Lodge
The summer after my first year in college, my dad and I finally took the father son fishing trip that we'd been planning for several years. We both knew that we'd want the opportunity to spend some time together for some father son bonding after my first year living away from home and we'd both talked a lot about how we wanted to go on a real fishing trip out in the wilderness.

If you're looking for an interesting summer event, there's one that takes place only every five years in Amsterdam, The Netherlands - and if you can find your way to getting over there this coming summer (specifically August 19-23, 2010), you'll be right on time for the eighth one. Summer in Spain Fiesta Circuit
By Elizabeth Coughlan
If your idea of fun is one long party, then following the fiestas in Spain makes the perfect summer holiday. Barcelona kicks off the celebrations in the middle of June with its Sonar Festival, a three-day extravaganza of music and arts. This festival is so popular that it even has its own Facebook page. It is possible to buy tickets for individual events, but, if you have the stamina, it is best to buy the 3-day ticket to cover everything, as it includes the shuttle bus to all the nighttime events.

Vietnam Golf Clubs: Move Over, Scotland!
By Charles Ray
Mention taking a vacation in Southeast Asia and it's a good bet that Vietnam golf clubs will not be the first thing that come to mind. The traveling golfer, though, will be elated to know that Vietnam is much more than just visiting the Cu Chi Tunnels or the Hanoi Hilton (the infamous POW camp where Senator John McCain was held during the war). Vietnam has, in fact, gone bonkers over golf, and now boasts some of the finest courses in Asia.

Sample Travel Itinerary: West Virginia Camping
This sample travel itinerary is based on a roadtrip that Yoshi and I took to West Virginia. It was my first visit to the state, and I can honestly say that despite many biases and preconceptions that many people have about the state, it may be the most beautiful state I have been to after Alaska.

Sample Travel Itinerary: Amsterdam World Cup Weekend
Instead of going to South Africa to try to watch the game—we would go to Amsterdam for a few days, find an awesome bar to watch the game and get down with our Dutch friends! What follows is a 4-day itinerary that includes a visit to the medieval city of Brugge in Belgium, two full days in Amsterdam and a good layover in London so that Yoshi can see what all the fuss is about in the UK.

Father-Son Fishing: Legacy Lodge
Dad and I just got back from the best fishing trip ever. We went to Legacy Lodge in British Columbia. It was so beautiful there, and the fishing was outstanding. Carved into the rugged coastline of BC, it's so remote and serene. Situated in the protected waters of Rivers Inlet, Legacy offers some of the best sport fishing everywhere, mixing it rather handily with all the comforts of home.
